2. The rooms are clean and much better than I expected for the cheaper end of the market in a great location, walking distance to everywhere and the cable car is just around the corner.

3. PS if you travelling with a family into downtown, don't bother with the trams - theyre slow, packed and expensive, just use a taxi - quicker and cheaper.
