1. The staff were extremely helpful and happy, the receptionists at the desk were great ,always ready and obliging.

4. I don't know whether it is a Hilton policy or a happy accident, but I was only charged 3 nights' of internet for my 6-night stay---a huge relief, since 6 nights worth of internet there costs more than a month of internet at my home.
