1. He made a tremendous effort to solve a reservation problem for which I, not the hotel, was responsible and therefore guaranteed me a trouble free and enjoyable stay.

We then have to call downstairs customer services asking what's going on, at first, no response/ answer for ehat's about, quickly few minutes later, same lady call back saying repair work need to be done, and the option for us is to ' move to another room' if we like' -- we requested for manager.

3. After I left I have not received one phone call apologizing for the incident or any indication that the hotel acknowledges it responsibility in this and other similar incidences.

9. The manager Ronnie gave us the response that he would give us an extra night but that they were 'sold out' and booked to capacity.
