1. The fireplaces just outside the lobby were really cool and created this relaxing atmosphere where, after a full day strolling around SF, is was nice to just sit down and look at the flames.

5. The air-con unit created far more noise than it did cool air so, in order to sleep we had to turn it off; being too hot was preferable to not sleeping at all.
