1. Overall, no disaster if you opt to stay here but if I come back to the area, I'd probably look for another hotel that has a bit more zip and comfort for the price (though I'm not sure a better one exists for the price).

3. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and nowadays with such a reliance on fast WiFi I expect hotel to do a better job and provide a good service.
