1. Another little problem: It's also almost impossible to dine after 9 pm in Fisherman Wharf area and also in the hotel: be careful in case of late arrival.

4. I will not mention their names as it may get them into trouble with the management but if your bell staff and consierge know that your hotel is underperforming (and they agree with you that reception staff are rude and dont care) then there must be something seriously wrong.

6. Be careful of some of the restaurants on the Wharf, very overpriced for the quality of food.
