1. Rooms are quiet and insulated from sound, contrary to an earlier reviewer (Who I think personally was just a bigoted goat).

2. To sum up our 24 hour experience with Sheraton- we checked in at late pm, had a pleasant checkin experiences with Jim, we were assigned to room 2628, was told it's a preferred guest room, and quietly facing court- yard.

8. Upon checking in, I asked for a quiet room, and we were given a room on the 4th floor which reminded me of a loft - slanted window which had a view of Telegraph Hill - completely renovated - clean, comfortable bed and best of all, VERY quiet.
