6. this is an utter disgrace, after complaining when we checked out we got 75% knocked off, still making a profit ?????, this ruined our last day of what had been a fantastic holiday, so you have been warned, so come on sheraton, make all your hotels fair to the guests, i dont have any problems with business's making a profit, but $200 for 17mins of phone calls in this day and age.
