6. Cleanliness - I have stayed at 3 different Club Quarter locations (Chicago, Boston and now San Fran for a total of 7 different stays); all have had a wonderful common theme.

10. The staff was very accommodating--our group of 9 people were caught in a terrific rain storm and decided to order Chinese food (delivered)--we had a party in the Lobby with the blessing of the staff--It was a wonderful experience.
