5. Size - if room size is important this may not be the place for you - CQ rooms tend to be on the small size (compensated by a more than fair price per night); showers are generally cubes.

6. Since my airline pays for my room, I cannot honestly account for the value, but generally the Club Quarters concept is to provide a clean (though small) room in a good downtown location for a good price with no nickel and dimeing you for amenities you need (WiFi, water, etc).

10. generally, you don't need a car in San Francisco, necessarily, but I was on a business trip, and had to travel to the suburbs as well.
