8. The staff is very helpful and friendly (except for a FD agent who would not smile nor acknowledge you standing in front of him, he was always doing something to make himself look busy to give you any time).

10. The walls are thin but we didn`t hear much except for the door--2 door rooms are arranged right next to each other in an entry 'alcove'.
