1. The rooms themselves aren't as big as standard American hotel rooms (more European I'd say), but they make good use of the space and I didn't feel cramped at all.

We are using this hotel for the second time and always take the suite with kitchnette which are big and very nicely equipped - staff is very profesional and helpful with all requests - very clean rooms - you will have access to a lounge downstairs with free coffee and wifi is free also in the rooms - central access to trams, metros, embarcadero and nice restaurants close to chinatown - we stronly recommend it .
