1. The other disappointments: no view (but very quiet) and no bath, only a shower which is not very convenient with small kids.

5. I didn't really have time to do any sightseeing while in town, but I imagine it wouldn't be as convenient for the tourist attractions of Golden Gate Park and Fisherman's Wharf.
