2. I call it 'Self-Sufficient accommodations', and I suspect frequent travelers prefers a help-yourself atmosphere over calling the front desk to have things brought to you.

8. All this alone and I would have felt to give a good review to counter some of the negative ones (if my bathroom stunk, I'd ask for a different room, if the front desk doesn't accommodate then I'd leave a bad review).

10. The staff was very accommodating--our group of 9 people were caught in a terrific rain storm and decided to order Chinese food (delivered)--we had a party in the Lobby with the blessing of the staff--It was a wonderful experience.
