1. I didn't feel unsafe but I did like to back to the hotel at what I considered a reasonable hour.

4. I can only speculate what his motivations were, but I can't think of any legitimate reason why a paying customer would be made to wait for over 45 minutes in the lobby, when she is willing to provide a credit card.

5. The rates are usually reasonable and the location is an easy walk to the Embarcadero, and several downtown restaurants, bars and clubs including the shopping areas around Union Square.
