It has been a long time since I could commend ALL of the staff at a hotel for such kind, helpful service; from the pleasant, welcoming and ever accomodating front desk staff to the charming housekeeper to the amazingly patient and resourceful concierge staff, we were treated with true professionalism and attentiveness.

Having stayed at this Westin for a week for a business trip/conference, I was pleasantly surprised by repeated encounters with just truly kind staff - from an always smiling, sweet housekeeper, to a bellhop who went out of his way to share with us the scoop on a behind the scenes fun walk to the waterfront, to all other staff encountered being just.
