1. I try to be very careful to turn off lights and A/C as to not waste electricity, so this annoyed me.

2. The hotel suggested a great dinner spot and took care of all the details, I'm not sure I would stay this close to market street again but that is part of what you learn the first time in a city you haven't been in.

3. My guess is that these people are on company expense accounts and probably don't care so much about the overall quality of the experience.

6. Just be careful on Market Street - we had to leave before sunrise and came home after dark and things got a little dicey around the hotel.

7. Check in was fast and efficient and bellman service was attentive- we had a lot of luggage and it was taken care of quickly and professionally.

9. donut, but a real choice of food)- Be careful with the fridge there are sensors which charge you even if you move or replace the food.

10. I won't belabor this, but it took 3 more times to get a key that worked, which was annoying, but not nearly as irritating as the lack of care, concern, or apology from the guy at the front desk.
