I try to be very

ful to turn off lights and A/C as to not waste electricity, so this annoyed me.

The hotel suggested a great dinner spot and took
care
of all the details, I'm not sure I would stay this close to market street again but that is part of what you learn the first time in a city you haven't been in.

My guess is that these people are on company expense accounts and probably don't
care
so much about the overall quality of the experience.
