4. I used the gym most days and was pleased to see and use all-new cardio machines (5 treadmills, 2 or 3 ellipticals and 2 bikes) plus a good assortment of dumbbells, a few weight benches and 3-5 nautilus stations.

7. I did not have time to see the gym, so I can't comment on that, but they had rental excercise gear from new balance, which I thought was a good idea.

8. After some very bad miscommunication with my new employer regarding accommodations for my orientation, Gina at the front desk of the Westin SF went above and beyond to do what she could to assist me.

9. I called down in the morning when I got the bill under the door and the front desk attendant apologized and said she would take it off the bill and immediately send up a new one.
