2. I have seen better customer service at fast food restaurants and I think it's pathetic that a hotel like a Westin in a city like San Francisco would not expect more from their concierge desk employees.

4. Check in was fast and efficient and bellman service was attentive- we had a lot of luggage and it was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Advantages:- Nice view from the windows (but not from all) we have a room on the 12th floor (no 1202) and the view was awesome since it was a room in the corner (gives a look at two sides) - Very clean- Nice room service and reception- Super fast elevators Disadvantages:- Hotel is located close to the centre thus it is a bit noisy (noise from the street and whistling doorman call for a taxi).

7. Their elevators also went really fast and stopped really abruptly so when you got off you felt like your equilibrium was all off, this happened every time we were on and off.
