1. We paid for the upgraded room ($50 per night), and it was well worth it, the view we had was a beautiful one of the city and part of the bay.

3. (the fridge was so useful to keep snacks and drinks for my ever so hungry toddler) Our room is what we expected for a Westin: beautiful heavenly beds that were so comfy that we had the best sleep ever for the 4 nights we stayed in SF.
