3. I had to sit at the desk because the cable doesn't stretch far and there were ZERO power outlets anywhere in the room except right at the desk.

9. The main reason I can't recommend the hotel is because of the lack of customer service, except the lovely gentleman who drove me in their town car back to the airport.

10. The staff for the most part were more cordial than congenial compared to most places that we have stayed, although there were some nice exceptions through the stay with morning greetings and a doorman opening the door, but these were well received anomalies for our stay.
