3. There was a wonderful receptionist called Brandy who was like a female Eddie Murphy, really friendly, helpful and entertaining - so the poor breakfast wouldn't stop me staying there again.

4. We selected Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites specifically for the location, as we love to walk the wonderful streets of San Francisco, and this Fisherman's Wharf location is an excellent starting point.

7. Staff was wonderful, gave us a very nice quiet room, room was very nice, clean, nice bed with choice of pillows, Hotel was in excellent condition, Concierge arranged a tour for us very easily.

9. we stayed at HI Express 7th nov for 10 nights had a wonderful time, hotel very clean breakfast repeative but good, reception vert helpful and room was always clean got upgraded to a suite which was great brilliant location near to the wharf and pier 39 couldn't fault the hotel would stay here again.
