1. Stayed 6 nights with my 2 kids aged 15 & 16 for our 1st trip to USA ,great location to explore San Francisco once get to know local transportation Hotel provided a sound and secure foundation for our stay,staff very, very helpful and friendly ,front desk staff especially giving a very efficient service checking in and any other information I required, also when my return transfer pick up running bit late,they were straight on to it for me.

5. The staff are friendly and very helpful and efficient, the location is fantastic, two blocks from Pier 39' two blocks from Safeway and other shops and a block from the bus into town.

6. The free breakfast was good except that the staff did not always refill the selections efficiently ie 2 trays of sausage then later on refill with just bacon instead of having one bacon and one sausage.

8. stayed here on monday for 2 nights right on the wharf, really nice clean, efficient, only downfall was the breakfast, standing in line for 20 mins is not my idea of customer service, we stood for 35 mins on the day off our departure, as the was a convention in and the just brushed passed everyone as if invisible.
