4. The staff are friendly and very helpful and efficient, the location is fantastic, two blocks from Pier 39' two blocks from Safeway and other shops and a block from the bus into town.

10. It was also local to the Piers - about a 15 min walk to Pier 33 (pier to Alcatraz ferry) and Pier 39 (where we ate at the fantastic Bubba Gump restaurant, which is not cheap - a meal for 4 = 80USD).
