1. my wife and i stayed in this hotel for 3nights, we come from aberdeen scotland, a great location staff very friendly and helpful lthe hotel is very clean, room spotless but breakfast very pricey thank you for a nice stay hope to stay there again.

6. We didn't find the staff too helpful or friendly either, apart from one lady at reception who managed to get my wife a cup of tea as there was no hot water available at breakfast.

Stayed 6 nights with my 2 kids aged 15 & 16 for our 1st trip to USA ,great location to explore San Francisco once get to know local transportation Hotel provided a sound and secure foundation for our stay,staff very, very helpful and friendly ,front desk staff especially giving a very efficient service checking in and any other information I required, also when my return transfer pick up running bit late,they were straight on to it for me.
