1. The first impressions ware favourable: we walked into a cozy little lobby and received a warm welcome from the reception staff, were dealt with very efficiently and made our way to our room (room 700).

4. I would greatly welcome the idea of renovating this hotel, the building is great and I would even preserve some furniture but definitely change the wallpaper and carpets and do something about the noise insulation (I could hear my neighbours very well).

7. I had stayed here in 2007 and had a fantastic time, decided to come back in 2011 and was really disappointed, the room was clean but the staff were no longer as friendly and welcoming.
