1. SFO is a fabulous place to visit and is ever changing, however, the Hotel Carlton and it's staff are always accommodating and willing to help us with whatever needs arise.

3. The guy at the front desk didn't seem particularly suprised or bothered when we came downstairs covered in bites with an actual bed bug in a plastic bottle at 3am in the morning, but the general manager was very accommodating the next day and apologised profusely.
