8. The good: - Jovial and very helpful staff- Animated, festive atmosphere, and San Franciscan charm- convenient location though not particularly close to the metro- Cute room - Nice urban view of San Francisco (we were on the 7th floor)The bad:- A filthy and oddly totally cleanable bathtub.
