1. They're fairly generous too, on average we would enjoy two to three glasses.

2. We ended up being moved to another room on the 8th floor, which was much nicer, further away from the street noise and was generally a very pleasant room (without bed bugs.

3. The guy at the front desk didn't seem particularly suprised or bothered when we came downstairs covered in bites with an actual bed bug in a plastic bottle at 3am in the morning, but the general manager was very accommodating the next day and apologised profusely.

4. The rooms are a generous size, very clean, with adequate lighting, satellite tv, a coffee maker and a room safe.

10. Staff extremely friendly and not trying to ferret out who is legit or not and that makes for a generous spirit in the place.
