1. Overall the experience wasn't great, but the positive factors of this stay was that the price was reasonable for the weekend stay in San Francisco and the location of the hotel was pretty close to Union Square.

2. position was excellent, not in the thick of it but about a 15 minute walk from the city centre/BART stations and just a short walk from cable cars and buses that can take you where you want to go - just ask the staff, they know the best way to get to places.
