1. The first impressions ware favourable: we walked into a cozy little lobby and received a warm welcome from the reception staff, were dealt with very efficiently and made our way to our room (room 700).

9. The whole staff from front desk to cleaning were friendly & helpful--The rooms were cozy ,charming &relaxing-not over the top but warm and inviting--wine by the fire place each evening gave you a chance to meet other travelers from all over the world as well as be entertained by Theo.
