1. Hotels can often be impersonal and lack a sense of warmth but I found the Omni a welcome respite from the workday stress.

4. Upon our return, the beds had been turned down and there was complimentary milk and cookies, two bottles of water, and another handwritten note from a staff member welcoming us to the hotel.
