We booked our stay at the OMNI after reading the great reviews here on TA and we were not disappointed at all,From the moment we arrived until we left the service was first class, lovely and attentive staff, good size room which was very well decorated and cleanedThe front desk staff and concierge were extremely helpful with directions etc and really helped us get our bearings; this was extremely useful as we were first time visitors to San FranciscoI have to agree with just about all of the previous comments from other TA reviews that this is indeed a really nice hotel to stay in, just on the edge of the financial district and about a block away from China Town, the only slight down side would be the cost of eating at the hotel itself, especially breakfast which is just too much, that said there are plenty of places in San Francisco to eat so go and enjoyWould we stay here again? Most certainly yes.
