We joined the loyalty program right before making reservation for the free wifi, and the free beverages left at our door every morning were also appreciated (one morning, orange juice from our order wasn't delivered, and upon us calling two full glasses of OJ were brought right away, a nice touch).

4. Definetley join the loyalty programme before you book - free wi-fi and also complimentary coffee and tea in the morning - always delivered exactly at the time requested and the best tea I had in the USA (it actually had some flavour.

5. (I believe you have to sign up [free] as a member of their loyalty program for some of these benes)The room was amazingly clean with high ceilings that made the room feel even bigger than it is, and it was a good size.
