The majority of the staff are very very pleasant and efficient apart from two front desk clerks the first I have already mentioned the second was when I asked for a slightly later check out and was told I can tell you on the morning that you leave well that's no help when packing is it after a few more words he eventually agreed why not have just said yes no problem the good points are the location and on the whole the service.
