2. Otherwise it was a basically good stay and my complaints are minor but not what i expected from my stay at the Omni San Diego which was EXCEPTIONALLY great service.

3. I would probably experiment with another hotel in that locale first before going back to the Omni but as it was acceptably good, I would return given no other better alternative.

4. they were not following the parking rules as I had read them on the website for the hotel so I was very upset initially but they later made good.

7. I guess my overall expectations for Omni service were based on my stay at the Omni in San Diego, so I was mildly disappointed in the San Francisco OMNI although I have only mild complaints and an overal 'good' experience.

8. Hotel is walking distance to Alcatraz boat, Fisherman's wharf, China town, and North Beach with good shoes.
