1. Where to start?I had read a few negative reviews on this hotel before arriving which were dated prior to the newly renovated rooms; because the price was so reasonable for the location to Times Square I was willing to take a chance- Im not too sure it paid off.

3. After coming back from our holiday, we noticed that they had charged the card and refunded it AFTER we had left, meaning we incurred a foreign exchange fee for absolutely no reason as we were fully paid up DAYS before they decided to charge us.
