4. When we were leaving we had to keep our luggage at the hotel after checkout for a few hours because our flight was not until late that night and he man at the desk that took it for us was very rude to us and obviously tired of all the turists ( but hello you work at a hotel so get a grip man ) he was very annoyed with me when I asked him to take very good care of one of our bags because it had a huge, very expensive TV camera in it and a laptop.

5. Who can pass up $95/night, guaranteed renovated room? I know the city very well and being next to Times Square, next to every train and restaurant possible, is huge.

10. We had a newly renovated room with twin beds and although it was not huge, we found it adequate for two people, it was very clean and smelled new, we had a great view down 8th Avenue, the beds were amongst the most comfortable that I have slept in while staying in a hotel, the bathroom, again, not huge but adequate complete with a good supply of towels, soap, shampoo etc, together with a most efficient shower unit.
