1. The hotel was literally around the corner from the play that we saw, so that was really convenient.

2. The hotel is situated close to the hub of activity in Times Square, with subway 42nd /8th Ave nearby which is very convenient to get quickly to places which require an early arrival, eg Battery Park for Liberty Cruises or the Empire State building.
