1. If you're like me, you would probably think that leaving your passport in your hotel room would be a lot safer than carrying it round with you in an unfamiliar area.

4. When we asked staff (rude) about the booking we were told that what we book is 'a request and not guaranteed' - so they can basically stick you in any room they like regardless of what you book and PAY for.

5. I'm not picky about towels or complimentary water and the like, but my basic right as a hotel guest is to have some semblance of security.

7. Oh and if you like sweating in your room while you have a broken air conditioner and it's 85 degrees this is the place for.
