1. As we were one by one let into our rooms at 3am with horrified looks, one gentleman gently grabbed my arm, looked me straight in face, and said 'ma'am, please lock your room door tonight.

10. (please note that I had only been checked into the hotel for less than 10 minutes) She told me that she was unable to refund my money since I had already gone into the room and was considered 'checked in'.
