1. The sales clerk spent a good 15 minutes asking me about my taste in music, playing excerpts from different CDs, and even suggesting a blues club I might enjoy.

3. Then I ordered shrimp tempura in the bar - what appeared was not tempura but more what you would expect from a cheap chinese place - shrimp so heavily battered that you cannot taste the shrimp over the bread and grease.

5. All very tasteful, but when you literally have to squeeze your hand into an area to flush the toilet- someone made a few tasteful miscalculations.

8. The restaurant menu is too 'out there', I had the bucatini for lunch, a pasta dish that tasted like spaghetti with bacon bits (the fake ones not the real ones), service was tepid.

9. While it may be true that the W line is for certain tastes, this one made all the little perks that typically make the stay more enjoyable, seem gimmicky.
