1. I also inquired regarding getting too and from the hotel from the airport and was given plenty of options and Laurelin also put me in contact with an onsite concierge when I inquired about VIP passes to local attractions.

2. The location is easy to reach from CTA, it's convenient to downtown businesses, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, etc.
