1. Eden helped us find a great boat tour and let us in on a great secret -- if you buy your Art Institute tickets in the hotel, you can bypass the HUGE line up to get in (and on a Saturday it was HUGE.

3. The rooms are ok, but far from exciting or luxurious, and the housekeeping was quite disappointing (never replace water, left cleaning supplies in the room, didn't replace all the towels) but like my last stay - I'm a huge fan of IPO.

4. Room was very small but cute, figured out that most rooms are different in size to one another after seeing the HUGE room our friends received at the same rate (dont get a corner room if you want space) bathroom was similar in size to a airplane bathroom.

5. In this world of feeling that great big huge nameless, faceless corporations run absolutely everything and don't give a damn about the 'little people' like me, it was overwhelmingly delightful to deal with Miss Bonds and all at the W, who treated me as though I was a celebrity.
