1. The staff at the W were friendly, helpful and pleasant but one member stood out - Eden Bernal, the concierge, organized reservations and made suggestions that ensured our time in Chicago was memorable and extra special.

2. When I called the hotel the Conceige, Eden reassured me that she had the answers and e-mail five pages of information that had been given to the hotel by the police to help their guest arrive safety.
