1. Immediately upon booking, i spoke with my Concierge (Eden - if you get a chance, ask for her) and she took care of all my reservations even before i arrived in town.

2. Having the concierge from The W call on your behalf gives the restaurant extra incentive to take care of you that way the hotel will recommend guests to their restaurant in the future.

It's a unique building, the rooms are great and better than other Starwoods in the area, it's in a convenient location and houses a better than average restaurant in IPO, but the thing that makes this the best Starwood in Chicago is the incredibly well-trained staff that really make you feel taken care.
