5. We enjoyed a beautiful, comfortable room with a great view of the city and the lake, the delicious and efficient breakfast, and while we did not get to the manager's reception, we appreciated the invitation.

9. Breakfast was great--omlettes were lovely and the staff works so hard--not sure I'd want to work at a hotel that provides a happy hour reception every day and elaborate breakfast but they do it with a smile.
