5. These long lines are not because the hotel is lacking in workers or don't care, they do care and there are plenty of workers, the hotel is just so big it cannot support the rush of people eating at the same time.

9. This hotel went out of its way to take care of us even though, we booked through a discount operator (we are frequent guests of their properties through business but, travel on discount when with our children on leisure travel).
