1. I recently stayed here while working the National Restaurant Show and let me just say, Virginia @ the bar makes this hotel better.

5. Public areas not kept up and dated, dirty and in need of vaccuming, staff would walk by garbage and just leave it instead of taking initiative to pick up and leave a better impression on guests.

6. The signage needs improved to know how to get to the front deskThe room needs maintence wallpaper peeling door damage and light socket broken mini fridge not cold need better qality shampoo and soap and no bathrobe found.
