1. The location of this hotel is very good: right downtown, within easy walking of stores such as Ferragamo, Bloomingdales and NM, specialty music stores, lots of coffee shops, as well as a fun mall with Macy's and a good food court.

2. It was a fun experience to have new years eve at the hotel as the revelers were quite in the mood at midnight and the hotel staff/security were mostly okay w/the revelers having some fun.
